I visited your Trevino location in El Paso and had a very disappointing experience. On April 30, 2026, I encountered a service issue when ordering. The General Manager would not give an extra sauce for the 3 piece tender that I ordered. But if you order individually you get a sauce for every tender.do t get the logic in that. General manager was determined not to give that extra sauce. This is not the level of service I expected from your business. Even with your tenders being half the size they used to be it is sad that your can let this business go down. Thank you.
Food is great but other than that poor customer service and the place is very bad and dirty. All tables are super dusty also condiments like the ketchup bottles are super sticky and I wasn’t able to see the expiration date on it also we had to change tables because all of the front windows didn’t have sun shades and the sun light was hitting me directly at TNT face, also poor AC and the fans were also full of dust as well.
This is my all time favorite spot for wings and chicken strips. I prefer them over wing daddy's and wing stop. Their chicken never disappoints. Ive been coming here since I was a kid. Never had a bad experience. There can sometimes be a wait but the food is always worth it.
