See All ReviewsOur second time visiting and was not impressed as we were the first visit. All in this visit: Waited 20 minutes after ordering 2 Michelada’s to be told that it was not an option. After ordering our second beer, the Michelada’s were offered. Not sure who makes the mixes but it was distasteful. Our food began to come to the table separately, which was odd. Starting with the side (sweet potato fries) of my main meal (pizza and wings.) Putting the fries at cold temp by the time anything else reached our table. I have never dined anywhere, whether it be a bar and grill or 5 star restaurant, where my side came out before my entree. Left without eating and closed out. The waitress did not take accountability for not putting in our order together. Instead she blamed the kitchen for “being behind.” Even though 3 to go orders were ordered, prepped and taken during this waiting time of 45 minutes to an hour. Someone of masculine figure who must have been part of management team didn’t bother to come speak about what he had slightly saw happen even though he walked up to our table. Not a word was said. He went back to get on the game machines and wasn’t really paying any mind to anything going on. There was a feminine management team who were running things our first visit and the vibe was entirely different. Customer service was amazing and our food was ordered, put in and brought to the table within a reasonable time frame. Music was not obnoxiously loud to where I did not have to yell to be heard. The ship is ran differently for sure and tighter. Most surely a one hit wonder kinda place.
This your local wings place, the wings are tasty, big size, service is great. They have drink specials daily. This bar foods is better then chains such as BW3, and hooters. Pizza is good too, I usually go for thin crust, and cooked well done for the extra crispy texture.
Can't complain!! I spend $24.87 on a 12 boneless wings and medium fries, and the portion is well worth the price. I've never seen boneless wings as big as these. It makes places like Buffalo Wild Wings and Wingstop look like a joke. These boneless wings ain't little chicken nuggets pocket sized pieces. They're actually thick and the crunch with every bite is satisfying. I think I over did it with the spicy tho. I got the Sunset BBQ along with the Spicy BBQ. Definitely will comeback and try different menu items.
