LEGENDARY, Small, quaint, mom- and-pop restaurant/diner that is a hidden gem that EVERYBODY knows about
The food is delicious and large portions and the employees are very nice and polite. Deserves ten stars
Wise's Restaurant is a great stop. The staff were so sweet and fun and we really enjoyed them. We got the hot meatloaf sandwich (yum), a burger (which you can order a regular size not too large which is nice for someone with a smaller appetite) and a homemade peanut butter pie which was so good - an unusual silky/creamy texture and not too sweet. It was an off time so at first not so busy but as it got closer to dinner time I realized this must be THE place because it started getting busy for take out too and dine in! We're not from the area but I would certainly try to come back if we could!
