Food may be good, but I wouldn’t know because there was no one in the truck upon my arrival (Sat 3/7 at 5p). To add insult to injury, the OPEN sign was on -just no one in sight. I’m disappointed , but I’ll try again bc JL JUPITER said it was worth the trip.
This place was reccomended by my Uncle who saw it on social media so we decided to try it. It's located in the parking lot of a gas station which isn't unusual because alot of food stands/trucks are doing this. There are about 8 or so food options. I decided to try the "Dumpling Bites". I asked the operator what they were made of (pork, beef, chicken or veggies ). He questioned me as to whether or not I knew what dumplings were. I replied yes but I wanted to know what was inside of them. He said they were beef and deep fried. They were a huge disappointment. They were NOT Dumplings. They are more like little tiny popcorn nuggets with some type of meat inside. They are essentially a frozen product dumped from a bag and fried in an oil fryer & came with a thimble size cup of some type of hot paste that was more hot then flavorful. They nuggets were tasteless and not worth the $9 he charges for them. My Uncle had some type of sweat & spicy chicken bowl. He said it was just ok but about an hour later he vomited twice. Now I'm not saying it was due to the food but it happened & he was sick prior to eating. This location was about a 20 min drive to get there and based on this experience I wouldn't go there again to try anything else.
