Was craving lo mein. My usual spot is closed. I walked in here and ordered roast pork lo mein. Got home and realized they gave me roast pork fried rice. Now, I hate fried rice- but, to be fair, there's no way they could've know that. However, they SHOULD HAVE known that what I wanted was lo mein, because when I ordered my food at the counter, I said "lo mein". I did not say fried rice. I wouldn't have said fried rice, because I don't like it or eat it. My fault for not opening the bag AND box of food to double check them. I just assumed they would get such a simple order right. The fried rice was not good either, even as a fried rice hater, it was subpar. First and last time here, not coming back.
My favorite Chinese spot in Englewood the only one I buy from. There food is fresh and the service is fast and they are friendly
