The delivery was fast. The food is great. Very happy with the service they provided to me. Will definitely be ordering again. Only negative is the spare ribs had to much sauce. Should provide it on the side in a throw away container. I’m not a sauce lover but the ribs were great.
This was the review and to 311 I WAS A KAREN ! I am filing this complaint regarding highly unsanitary food handling practices I personally witnessed at Wok Wok Chinese Restaurant. On 9/26 I went in to purchase a shrimp and broccoli lunch special. While waiting, I observed a male employee (tall and skinny in appearance) engaging in the following behaviors: • Picking his nose and wiping his nose without washing his hands. • Handling food and ingredients with bare hands, without gloves. • Throwing vegetables/ingredients directly into the wok after touching his face. • Taking a bite of food and then throwing the remainder into the wok with the other ingredients. These actions are extremely unhygienic and present a serious risk of contamination and foodborne illness. I was shocked and disturbed by what I saw. I left without eating because I did not feel the food was safe for consumption. I strongly urge an inspection of this establishment to ensure proper food safety standards are being enforced.
The fact we frequently order from here makes me said to write this review.Today was the first time ever I called to say the food smelled off and tasted off to the point we just threw it out and I was told everything was ok was the deal breaker. I couldn’t believe with all the times we order from them that’s the customer service we received today. Someone else mentioned weekends and rainy days being their bad days and it’s true. They are so busy they don’t care.
