Needed to get some vegan lunch and this sushi place has more options than just about any sushi place we've ever been to. We had such a tough time deciding we ended up getting the vegan tray. 10 rolls for 2 people ended up with us taking a lot home, but every single roll was so amazing!
They have an AYCE menu at Wolverine Sushi Bar that's really delicous and I love the amount of vegan variety they have for those eating animal-free. 😋 AYCE is available on weekends now too. 🍣 They also have vegan salmon and tuna sashimi! The fish is pretty good. I feel like they put way more rice than necessary, especially for AYCE. I got a peach slush that wasn't super sweet, but it was pretty tasty. The service was alright, there was one waiter working when I went. If you go there for the AYCE, I suggest getting the nigri more than the rolls since they put a lot of rice in them.
