I felt compelled to leave this review because if it was not for the wonderful friendly staff who genuinely care about your experience and comfort, along with the phenomenal fresh selection of meats and the cute ambiance, this probably would not even be a five star review. This is hands down a place you will always find time to come back to and truly appreciate the people, the food, and the atmosphere. I love you guys for always making my belly and my soul happy.
Extremely disappointing experience. I called the restaurant the day before to confirm they would be open and asked whether I needed to make a reservation for my birthday celebration. I was told they were open and that no reservation was needed. The next day, I showed up with my family and friends — only to find the restaurant completely closed. No notice, no explanation. This wasted everyone’s time and completely disrupted my birthday plans. If your hours aren’t reliable, at the very least don’t give customers incorrect information over the phone. I won’t be returning
This place is the real deal when it comes to Korean bbq and Korean food! I love that they use charcoal instead of gas and the meat tasted so much better due to this small but important change. Service was fast and friendly and despite what other reviewers have stated, yes, they do refills on side dishes at no extra charge. Server was fast and would check on us often. Looking for legit K-bbq?--Look no further and give this place a try!
