GREAT PIZZA! Nice Atmosphere W/ Upstairs Bar/Video Game Area. Only Had to Wait Around Ten-Twelve Minutes For Food And Great Service 👍, Will. Definitely Be Returning (Five Stars 😍) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hands down the BEST pizza I have ever had in Tennessee. The atmosphere, flavors and artisanship in both the food and building make Lindell St. feel like Long Island, and I can safely say I’ve eaten here over 30 times in the last year. If you don’t like Woodfire Pizza Kitchen, we probably can’t be friends! Favorite pizza: Honolulu Hawaiian (pickled okra sounds weird, but TRUST THE PROCESS) Favorite app: Charcuterie. The pita and dips are next level. Favorite house-brewed beer: ALL OF THEM.
Loved this restaurant and felt welcome the moment we walked in! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, probably the best pizza we had ever eaten. Everything tasted so fresh and the pizza was not lacking in toppings! We ordered the garlic knots and they were super yummy! We also ordered the Tennessee Humidity pizza and it was so tasty and flavorful! We will definitely be going back! Even the very cool nostalgic atmosphere was worth the trip!
Came here for the first time with my girlfriend and some of our friends about two weeks ago. We ordered a lot of food for the time and a couple alcoholic drinks. The food was really good. The drinks could of been a bit boozier. Our server was very busy and seemed to be a newer server just from my experience as one; no shade at all. She was very sweet and even made genuine conversation with us. Even though it was busy it wasn't too loud; easy to make conversation. We were sat down stairs closer to kitchen. It was very windy and cold out so a cold drift would come in when people used the door. This won't be a problem once it heats up outdoors though. The bathrooms were absolutely clean and they are technically unisex as they are single person use. Before we left we checked out the upstairs area. There's an arcade area, a few tables and a bar area. There's two sets of stairs to the upstairs area. I absolutely can't wait to come back!
My kids kept reccomending so we finally went. Started off with the "Farmer Char-Cuterie" appetizer, then came the "Green Goddess BLT Salad (family sized)" finished off with the "Gateway Trailer Park" Pizza (we definitely loved the nods of nostalgia to Martin's history with the pizza names!) My over all review is: really COOL vibes and atmosphere! We went upstairs to play pinball, the GNR machine took my money without play, but the others worked and I wasn't upset about it. Some really cool old school Martin stuff to see (Look for the old Pizza Hut light globe upstairs) the appetizer was unique with a wide range of flavors that were pleasing. The Salad was Vibrant and Fresh. The Pizza was very good, the woodfire crust was FIRE! We plan to go back and try the Margherita! The service was really really good. The manager even came to apologize when he thought something was wrong. Very high class staff and unique flavor profile to the menu. Will definitely return.
OHH SO GOOD! The food is fantastic- had the Skyhawk & Tennessee Humidty (extra light n red pepper) with the garlic knots - they were busy for a Sunday lunch crowd but service was excellent and food was served in a short amount of time.
Awesome and amazing! I visited with my beautiful wife and daughter. We started with the garlic knots which were tasty and cheesy, and the marinara was heavy on basil which we found very tasty and refreshing. We ordered the Tennessee Humidity and Lou-shele pizzas. The Tennessee Humidity was tasty and the hot honey was a nice touch. The Lou-shele was delicious and cheesy. Jennie was our server and she was friendly, helpful, and we took all her suggestions. We finished with the fried peach pies with mascarpone, and it was the perfect finish to a delicious, delightful meal. Go and enjoy! The space itself was pretty sweet. Check out the upstairs bar. 40000 bouncy balls
Absolutely blown away!! After moving to TN from the northeast where arguably the best pizza in the country is made (NYC and New Haven), I have been looking for good pizza and have constantly been disappointed. Last night I did not find just good pizza...I found absolutely amazing pizza!! From the crust to the sauce and toppings, the pizza at Woodfire Pizza Kitchen rivals that of some well respected pizza joints back home. This place is exactly what I've been looking for. We ordered the hillbilly Hawaiian and I couldn't get enough of it. And the hushfruppies just might be my new favorite appetizer anywhere. Also, in addition to myself having high standards for pizza and loving it, my girlfriend's daughter who just might be the pickiest eater (and light eater) I know, said her sausage pizza was the best pizza she has ever had and proceeded to eat nearly half of her 12" pizza. Oh, and they brew their own beer!!! I tried the Amber Lager and it was really quite excellent! It paired very well with the pinball arcade upstairs! If i hadn't been told the place only opened a little over a month ago, I'd never had guessed it. The kitchen was on point and the staff was working like a well piled machine. Very well done y'all! We WILL be back regularly!
