a month agoWe were visiting from out of town and went here after looking up bbq places on google. I am so glad we went! Husband had the ribs and baked beans and Mac and cheese. The ribs were fall of the bone tender. He left nothing! I had the smoked full wings and potato salad and green beans. I loved the flavor of the wings and they also were falling of the bone! And the sides were homemade and great tasting. Sweet tea and banana pudding were great also. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. If you are in the area definitely give this place a try!

2 months agoIf we're ever back in this area, we already said we'd come back! My husband got the catfish special and I got a small pork sandwich plate with potato salad and Mac n' cheese. It was all delicious, and we ate every bite! Prices were great, service was great! Definitely worth a stop ☺️

3 months agoSo after eating here, just looking at all the rave reviews, I thought it was going to be better. It really didn't have a flavor. When I pulled up, nobody was queuing, so I was kind of concerned with that. Service was good. The meat just tasted like it was reheated. Nothing to write home about. But the sides were really good, and the chili on the hot dog had a lot of flavor. But the chicken wings tasted bland. Pork steak tasted bland. Pulled pork, bland. So, yeah. Not too happy about that.

3 months agoAbsolutely the best experience all around! I was planning a birthday party in Paducah and needed food for a large group. Xavier took my call and answered all my questions about catering, order pickup, pricing, etc. He was very helpful. We communicated a few times leading up to the party day as I needed to make changes due to head count. He was detail oriented to confirm everything with me to insure the order was correct. When my husband picked up the order, everything was perfect, ready, hot, fresh, and smelling good. We served over 30 people and everyone was raving how delicious the food was and everyone wanted to know where it came from. We ordered bbq, baked beans, green beans, potato salad, slaw, buns and sauce. Hands down the best bbq, baked beans and potato salad, but everything was excellent. Thank you X-Man for the wonderful experience, delicious food, and best service! 10 Stars !

5 months agoX-Man has great food at great prices! There are daily deals that make the prices even better! We always get the loaded brisket baked potato and brisket sandwich when we eat there. We also love to grab a full slab of his ribs along with plenty of the awesome sauce. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a great meal.

6 months agoI took my sister to lunch here today, I had the chicken barbecue platter and she had a pulled pork sandwich. Both were great. Service was very good and the staff were very friendly

8 months agoFive stars in every aspect. Stopped in here on a road trip and found some fantastic barbecue. I'll start with my favorite the hush puppies. The best hush puppies I've had in years. I also got the fried catfish and loved it. The catfish batter was very good and it was cooked perfectly. I washed it down with a pulled pork sandwich and loved the smokey flavor and the soft texture of the pork. The boy got the rib plate and ate every piece. Ribs were cooked perfectly in my opinion just enough texture to stay on the bone bone but soft enough to pull off when eating with your hands like it's meant to be. The wife is starting a new trend and barbecue joints and ordered fries covered in nacho sauce, barbecue sauce, sour cream. It's called the mess and if you haven't had it it's great. If you want to beef it up at some pulled pork to the top and that's called the pulled pork mess. Next time we're in the area we're definitely stopping in for some more delicious barbecue.

a year agoThis was a great experience! We will definitely be back when we travel back to Paducah! We have some picky eaters & food allergies. Xavier (the owner) is awesome & so friendly. He understood our needs & was very patient with us.
