I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant and when I say they didn’t disappoint. I had jerk chicken, rice and peas and cabbage, everything had its own flavor. The food was very tasty and the portions were very generous. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Upon leaving I inquired about porridge and they had some left over plantain porridge and man it was great. Nice, thick, and flavorful.
I grabbed a meal from Yard Vybez on my way home and left impressed. The food was solid and satisfying. One order covered two meals, which speaks to portion and quality. I appreciated being able to shop for other products while waiting. It made the visit feel intentional and well thought out. The service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. If you are in the Panama City area, make the stop. It is worth your time.
