Edited 2 months agoI found Yii Ramen while exploring Geneva’s old town, and it was a decent spot for a quick meal on a cool day. Located on Rue de la Cité, the place has a straightforward vibe with basic wooden decor and dim lighting that feels cozy but a tad underwhelming. We tried the gyoza to start, which were okay—crispy enough, but the filling was a bit bland, and the sauce didn’t quite elevate it. For mains, I had the Paitan pork ramen: the broth was creamy and flavorful, with decent pork slices and noodles that were fine. My friend opted for the vegetarian miso ramen, which had good mushroom depth but felt like it could use more variety in veggies. Portions are solid for the price, around CHF 20-25, so no complaints there. Service was efficient, but the staff seemed a bit rushed during peak hours, and we waited longer than expected for our order—about 20 minutes. Seating is cramped, especially if you’re not alone, which made the experience less comfortable. All in all, Yii Ramen is solid for ramen in Geneva, but not exceptional—I’d give it a 4 out of 5. Might return if I’m nearby, but I’ll explore other options too.

4 months agoIt was totally empty on a Saturday night. This dish is Called “Wakeme tofu” finally, as a result, some watery cheese with chuka. Really sweet, and not worth the little prices. The ramens aren’t bad though.

8 months agoWe had a dinner here and we loved it. Food was absolutely delicious, service very quick and extremely nice. One of the best ramen restaurant i have ever tried.

8 months agoAs an Asian it’s so hard to find good Asian in Geneva. The ramen we had was SO much better than Umamido. With fresher more flavourful ingredients and I enjoyed the low-key quiet location. The service was super fast and friendly. Will definitely be back!

a year agoWe love the place and the ramen is really rich specially the Paitan pork ramen 👍🥰 we also try the dumplings and the fish balls for starters though we love the sauce, the portions are little for the price. But overall, it’s worth a try 👍👍

a year agoMy fav lunch spot. Simple and delicious ramen. Price is also reasonable Coz it is in Geneva. Everything is expansive 😂

a year agoThe waitress was 10/10! Very great service! The ramen itself was average, definitely need more ingredients to make it more delicious:) it was not bad but I tasted better, so I believe you can make it better! Still highly recommended!
