3 weeks agothis review is long overdue. when i’m not actively eating yokohama ramen i am daydreaming about yokohama ramen. if it was between selling my firstborn and never going to yokohama again i would sell that baby in a heartbeat. this is my go to hangover/migraine/any illness or ailment cure. the bao are to die for as well. long live yokohama ramen. i love you. say it back

a month agoWe went here the mother's day wknd (saturday) for my daughters birthday. It was a great time the food was wonderful. It was a full house a few seats left by the window and bar...one girl working but she killed it. Little to no wait for food, everything came out in a timely manner. Atmosphere is adorable with the hanging paper umbrellas

8 months agoI was skeptical of this place due to inconsistent reviews. But I personally had a decent experience! I got the Tonkotsu Ramen and I gotta say the noodle was a perfect al dente, they were cooked spot on with how the noodle picked up all the flavor from the broth. The broth was delicate and savory. Soft boiled egg was cooked perfectly with a lot of flavor. Pork chaesiu was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor as well. This place probably is as authentic as it gets around here in West-mass.

a year agoEdamame actually steamed to perfection at this place, which is not always a given. Spicy miso is a must for all the spice lovers. I put this up there with some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. Glad to live so close to it. Also, service was above and beyond. I was surprised how slow it was for a Friday evening but maybe that’s cause there’s no booze? 10/10 would recommend.

Edited 2 years agoI love Yokohama ramen. The owners are very sweet and the food is delicious. I especially like the texture of the ramen noodles. The portions are quite big! I have tried many flavors of the ramen, and some appetizers, too. All are good. The inside is very spacious and the decor is nice.

5 years agoThis was my first Ramen experience so I have no frame of reference but it was great fun trying something new and delicious. The restaurant wasn't at all crowded. It was spotless. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The service was excellent and speedy but not at all rushed. The prices were reasonable and everyone in our party of five enjoyed their food.

Edited 3 years agoVery good eating experience! We love the ramen, and we tried an assortment of appetizers as well! The ramen was hot and enjoyable! I highly recommend this place!! If you are in Northampton or close enough to drive here, then definitely check out Yokohama Ramen!!! We were here last on 12/18/2022, food is still great!!!
