2 weeks agoGot a chamoyada with fruit and corn in a cup. Super good. Im really picky about the chamoy and theirs is really good. I've tried even a popular one in mcallen and this one is way better. Will be back!

a month agoYoung Son Wiz is amazing—I absolutely love their raspas! My go-to is the chamoyada with extra chamoy and pickles, so good every time. There’s usually a line, but it’s totally worth it. Only downside is they only take cash, but I’ll still keep coming back!

4 months agoThe best raspas in the RGV. Honestly the best ever. The ice is perfectly shaved. The strawberry raspa is literally one of a kind. My dad has been taking me since I was a little girl and now I get to enjoy it with my own boys. Never ever change Young’s we love you!

5 months agoBest raspas I have ever had and will ever have! I drive 30+ minutes multiple times a week just to get a raspa because they are that good! They are well served and very flavorful, service is quick and the people are always very friendly!

8 months agoYoung’s has that soft ice, excellent service, and has been a mcallen legacy stop for decades. We like the silver fox flavor and they are one of the last places to have it. I asked for more syrup in my raspa and offered to pay extra and they said no problem. They told me they were thinking about discontinuing carrying the silver fox flavor. We told them how hard it is to find and how much it means to us and they were happy to keep it going. Truly a place that cares about making people happy. Feels like that’s rare. That’s why young’s is legendary in my book.

a year agoThe best raspas hands down! Established 1976 and going strong. Long lines but service is fast! Melon milk is delicious and so is the Hurricane.

a year agoA great local business with unbeatable prices! They’ve been here more than 2 decades. This business offers it all: snow cones, strawberries with cream, elotes, and all sorts of munchies. My uncle loves to ask the employee to surprise him with something, and he’ll make my uncle a unique combination. The family that runs the business is dedicated to their customers, even open on Easter Sunday! Follow their Facebook page to stay updated on all the latest announcements. They do take cash online so he mindful of that. Definitely returning for some more corn in the near future.
