As always, a fantastic experience. Their new menu looks to have something, no matter your mood! We decided on two Ramen this evening (unfortunately, my favorite go-to, Fish Ball Soup, has been removed in this new revision of the menu) the Shio (chicken) Ramen, and tofu Ramen. And I must say that both were delicious. If you're visiting, or even a local, and you haven't tried this place, you need to! Amazingly friendly staff, quick service, and make sure you order their soy sauce eggs as an appetizer, trust me! Must try resturant overall in our opinion!
Driving through New Smyrna FL and decided I didn't want anymore "beach food". Saw sign for Yummy Noodle on N Dixie Hwy. How could I not? It's Chinese New Year!! Place is tiny, old but cute as can be. Did not have high hopes. Only one other patron ... an Elite Pilots staffer ... this rainy Saturday afternoon who was speaking Chinese to the staff. So feeling a little awkward. Ordered Beef Ramen (long noodle life) and Spring Rolls (gold bars of prosperity). OUTSTANDING! Served in plastic ware which is why not 5 stars, but the contents of the bowls WERE DELICIOUS! The broth so flavorful, the beef tender, the noodles cooked just right; not over done. Bamboo shoots, cilantro, chili sauce ... mmmmm. Greatest surprise is the egg being 100% perfect in texture and taste. Many places fail here. Simple prep with deep flavor. Spring rolls not greasy or overly salty. Just great!! The staff were attentive, gracious and proud of their establishment with just cause. Don't be shy. Enjoy great food, for good luck, and because this small place is YUMMY!!
Believe the good reviews ! Good ramen noodle soups Yes ! Food is like home made and fresh ! Had special requests with my order due to dietary restrictions and they were very helpful with everything. Large portions I had enough for 2 dinners. Order time / pickup did not take long. The Thai tea is very good also it is addicting !
