The best cart in Philly. This includes the food and the friendliness of the workers! We get food here quite often and have gotten to know pretty much everyone that works here. They make adjustments to your food if you ask. It's relatively quick unless they're busy with long lines, but that's a testament to how good their food is! There are many halal carts around but this is the best one.
