Small family run local restaurant near the airport. Simple yet lively decor. The food was authentic and made fresh to order. The owners were very kind and friendly. Cost was reasonable and the plates were more than ample. Limited parking. Clothing and gift shop adjacent to the restaurant. Dine in or takeout for a very tasty meal or two.
The folks were so friendly, and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back!
I love Ethiopian Food and usually writing glowimg reviews but here the food was average, but not mind blowing in comparison to other Ethiopian restaurants in the area, especially Major which is in the next block. I had the vegetarian platter. The two red lentil items tasted quite similar. The quantity of collard greens was too little. Chickpea paste and injera were dry. Seems like they're understaffed which I can understand. Good for the price. But with other Ethiopian restaurants in the area, you'd expect slightly better food.
