4 weeks agoQ. Is your food truck new? A. No, but I try to keep it as clean as I can.... Let me just add that the friendliness and flavors were also 10/10. Had the chickpea curry and it was stellar!!

3 months agoI ordered one of each of the traditional Afghan cuisine, which includes but weren't limited to the kofta and chicken korma. While waiting, I strike a conversation with the lady in the food truck. She was extremely kind, nice and comforting. The food reflects not only her personality, but her effort and her cooking techniques. All of the food was absolutely delicious. The chicken was creamy, tender and was nicely cooked. The food was not spicy hot, but it had flavor and texture. I highly recommend for Afghan food and for the experience of trying something new!

3 months agoWent on a hunch and could smell something was amazing ! I got the gyro sandwich and the sour cream chicken and everything was unexpectedly refreshing in taste and cooked perfectly. A lot of love went into the food and the gentleman working was helpful on my making my choice a Confident one even my girlfriend was raving about the sour cream chicken and rice!!! Surprisingly there was no line so I was able to eat and enjoy my food with my girlfriend in quite comfortable manner.

3 months agoThe food here is absolutely amazing! We tried the lamb korma and sour cream chicken, and both were incredibly flavorful. I’m definitely coming back for more.

4 months agoZib’s Kitchen in Raleigh is a must-visit for authentic, flavorful Afghan food. The rice is perfectly cooked, With tasty creamy chicken, and the hospitality is warm and welcoming. Delicious, fresh, and highly recommended!

5 months agoWe’re traveling and found this food. No wonder they have all 5 stars rating. Great food with quality and quality. There are picnic tables by the truck also.

6 months agoIt’s a blue or sky color food truck in front of the building . Such a great lady . I chose meatballs over rice or Kufta over rice and lame over rice that was the amazing cultural taste the chutney in white sauce with rice were phenomenal the price is I thought it will be like other Halal food the cost a lot but it cost not more than 25 or 30 for dinner.

6 months agoabsolutely delicious! I got the Gyro Sandwich and my friend got the Sour Cream Chicken platter. Flavor profiles were crazy. Everything super fresh. Lady working extremely nice also.
