TLDR: Food Poisoning My wife and I grabbed a chicken quesadilla and a chicken sandwich during our layover yesterday. My daughter and I had a few bites of the quesadilla because the chicken was mushy. My wife found her sandwich the same, but was hungry and kept eating. By the end of the flight, my daughter and wife had thrown up multiple times, and my wife and I are still feeling the effects with bubble guts a day later Do NOT eat here!
So my fiancée and I were flying from Toronto to Tokyo but with a connecting flight through Chicago. This cafe was located inside the terminal near our gate flying to Haneda. I wasn't hungry so I didn't get anything, my partner on the other hand ordered a turkey sandwich. She got pickles, real deli mustard and the standard condiments (lettuce, tomatoes, etc) on her sandwich. Personally for the price I paid, I thought they could've put more turkey in the bun but taste-wise, it was solid, according to her. As far as sandwiches go, I thought it was around a 3 but she thought it deserved 4 stars because the pickles were super tasty and the mustard was that real deli mustard, not the processed yellow stuff.
