Their food was great! We went for Sunday brunch and I had the eggs benedict, it was delicious! The only thing I would say negative is that we waited almost an hour for our food and there were only three tables filled in the restaurant, very slow service.
My husband and I have frequented this restaurant several times before and the experience was always good. I don't know what's happening at this restaurant but the owner needs to really step up her game and get some decent servers. Our server was nonexistent throughout our meal and couldn't even get our order right. The restaurant wasn't even full and people that came in after us were eating and drinking before us. This place used to have excellent service, now it's pretty bad and the food is just okay..... I'd recommend that people go there when it's not busy but unfortunately it wasn't busy.....:(
Went to the restaurant for Fat Tuesday based on previous good reviews. Drove and hour there. From the get go the experience was awful. The host told us (with attitude) that it was going to be an hour wait, which would have been fine if there weren't multiple open tables. Finally get seated about 15 minutes later (thank goodness). The band was good, but they were the only good thing. Our server barely checked on us. After two hours of waiting, we finally got our food AFTER it was delivered to another table and after multiple tables that were seated up to an hour after us got their food. Luckily another server noticed we were about to leave and got our food together herself. Cajun/creole is my favorite food and I actively search out new places to go to. This has to be the worst Cajun food I've ever had and that includes the few times I've tried to make my favorite dishes at home! Their étouffée was a joke and their boiled crawfish had little to no flavor. Will not return.
