2 weeks agoHello I would like to speak to Gilbert the owner. I just had the worst experience with your staff and establishment. I called in to order JR burgers, she said we don’t have any. I said ok can I have 4 cheeseburgers and she said ok give me 15 min. I get there to pay and I thought I heard $35. I pay, didn’t get my receipt, I never do. I get home open my plates and it is 4 huge burgers. Of course I check my card and the charge is $103. This for a first time customer, is the worst that can happen. I had no idea that asking for 4 cheeseburgers would amount to this. I call back and the lady is rude and states she’s the manager, owner, and as of today fraudster. I would not recommend this place, they do not communicate well and they will not care if they failed at customer service.

a month agoLady at window VERY RUDE! online menu is 0% accurate. Single patty 1/2 pound burger is 20$ Did not finish my order, woman at window does not belong in any type of social environment whatsoever! Should be fired but she’s the owners wife. Feel sorry for that guy, she is going to ruin his business.

2 months agoThey don't even deserve a 1 star!!! But I have to give it to them so that I can share my experience. Lady at the window was rude and very disrespectful! All I did was ask for a menu. She said she didn't have one and rolled her eyes and shut the window in my face! I left and called to speak to the manager she said she was. I asked her if she was the only one there she said the owner was there. I ask the speak with him. She said "NO HE IS MY HUSBAND AND I AM NOT GOING TO LET YOU TALK TO HIM" I'm sorry but if the attitude of the person that is handling your did is this bad, I can only imagine how much they care on safety and food handling the publics food! I will never go back again!

2 months agoI WILL NEVER GO BACK! I've supported BJs my entire life in fact when they burnt down & had to close I DONATED ALOT OF $$$ & Screamed to the rooftops telling everyone to donate & help keep BJs open I regret it now. I understand having a bad day but you NEVER MISTREAT CUSTOMERS EVER & this woman had an attitude & was hateful from the moment I said hello. YOU DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY SHE TREATED ME & ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T NEED MY MONEY & that's fine I been going to BJs once a week since they reopened & I WILL NEVER GO BACK I'LL GO TO BOOMTOWN BURGER TWICE A WEEK NOW!! IF YOU WANT GREAT FOOD & GREAT SERVICE GO TO BOOMTOWN BURGER obviously BJs THINKS THEY HAVE PLENTY OF $$ $ NOW & THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ANYMORE!! It's bullshit that they begged the community for $$$ to stay open then treat regular customers that have always supported them like trash!! Absolutely PATHETIC HOW RUDE SHE WAS BEING!!

5 months ago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BJ’s Drive-In in Odessa is a true West Texas classic. From the moment you pull in, it feels like stepping back into a simpler, better era of drive-in food done right. I ordered the 1 lb hamburger and split it with my nieces and nephew, and BJ’s even cut it into four pieces for us, which was such a thoughtful and family-friendly touch. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, the fries were hot and crispy, and everything came out fast and fresh. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. This place has character, consistency, and that comfort-food quality that keeps locals coming back. A true Odessa staple that never disappoints.

5 months agoThe staff here was nice and friendly. What I assumed were regulars showed up and chatted a bit, which is always a good sign. Place looks nice and antique. Like they know how to cook an old school burger. Which, to be fair, they do. Te burger was good enough, not bad in any way but not anything special in any regard. I will say the whole burger had a crunch to the edge what I found enjoyable. The fries were run of the mill. You definitely go for the burger. I paid 30 for one burger, fries and a drink. And I thought I overpaid. But in retrospect, its a large burger. Enough for 2 servings, at least for me. This is a place where you go if you want a bug amount of food reasonably fast and reasonably priced. Pleasantly surprised.

8 months agoPoor custome service. The woman at the window seemed like she hated her job. I Asked for mustand and mayo and was told they can't do that. Second, they don't give receipts?? This place really deserves ZERO stars.

9 months agoABSOLUTE liars and thieves. DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME HERE. 20$ for a burger when the menu says 13$. 20$ for A JR CHEESEBURGER when that should be 8$ on the menu The family fries on menu says 6.50 And got charged 8$ And then you get charged an extra random fee for using your card, ON TOP OF THE TAXES FOR THE TOTAL. So somehow 2 burgers and 1 fry just got me 54$ and it's absolutely not worth it. Brought it up to them and she just looked at me and went "yeah". Like you could refund me half the money you randomly just took?
