Food tastes good, self service line ti order is confusing but for $22 you get a sandwich the size to feed a toddler.
I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Courtney at DCA, and I have to say she completely made my day! She was incredibly pleasant, warm, and genuinely grateful — qualities that are so refreshing to encounter. Courtney is exactly the kind of person who makes you feel valued as a customer. DCA is lucky to have her, and I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves. We need more people like Courtney! Jose, manager was great as well.
On Sunday, March 1, 2026 I ordered a chef salad (build my own) from Boars Head. When I opened the container it was full of fresh greens, fresh turkey, ham, tomatoes and neatly sliced American and mozzarella cheeses. It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and so much food that it lasted all the way through my flights which were 5 hours. I will definitely be ordering that salad EVERY Time I get to DCA and am waiting to board a a flight in Terminal A. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. 5 Stars for sure!!!
