The meat is grilled outdoors like how they do it in Vietnam. You can smell how good it is walking to the food truck. Everything was flavorful, and top tier choice if you want protein.
It was great to try this new food truck. The Vietnamese food here is very authentic to what you would find in Saigon. It was so great to connect with the owner and enjoy his amazing food. Definitely give it a try - flavors exactly like you’d find in southern Vietnam
Finally found Cơm tấm (Vietnamese broken rice) in Austin and it doesn't disappoint! Cơm tấm is my favorite Vietnamese dish and this is the best I've had outside of Saigon. It was awesome to meet the owner and see how much pride he takes in the quality of his food. Can't wait to come back!
