a month agoThe meat is grilled outdoors like how they do it in Vietnam. You can smell how good it is walking to the food truck. Everything was flavorful, and top tier choice if you want protein.

2 months agoIt was great to try this new food truck. The Vietnamese food here is very authentic to what you would find in Saigon. It was so great to connect with the owner and enjoy his amazing food. Definitely give it a try - flavors exactly like you’d find in southern Vietnam

2 months agoFinally found Cơm tấm (Vietnamese broken rice) in Austin and it doesn't disappoint! Cơm tấm is my favorite Vietnamese dish and this is the best I've had outside of Saigon. It was awesome to meet the owner and see how much pride he takes in the quality of his food. Can't wait to come back!

2 months agoReally tasty food and excellent vegan options. Great to have a bit of a change from all the tacos. Really friendly and attentive owner, highly recommend. I had the vegan vermicelli and the tofu in it was very tasty.

2 months agoThis place is wonderful! I highly recommend the “broken” tater tots with their BBQ pork! It’s incredible! The staff is polite and efficient. 100/10 would come again!

3 months agoOur first time there and it was incredible. The chef, who is also the food truck server, went above and beyond. First, he explained the whole menu, gave us recs and even lets us try the different meats. We ended up choosing the two pork options and they were soooo good! Super flavorful, tender and with a smoky aftertaste 😍 He even came to check on us multiple times! Will go again soon

4 months agoThe broken rice was really good, and I’m judging from a Vietnamese’s standard. It’s not easy to find properly cooked broken rice even in Vietnam, and they nailed it here. So happy to have cơm tấm in the neighborhood!

5 months agoYall go and try this place out Amazingly Good! I had the pleasure of meeting Bow today wonderful and inspiring person. I tried the Ginger Chicken and wooohooo it was Delicious! I don’t even eat fish sauce and it went So Good together. Thanks Bow.
