Literally the worst experience. We made a reservation and arrived to an empty establishment with nothing ready. We got moved to 3 different tables with no apologies and nothing to give as an apology. It took an hour for our hookah and drinks to arrive to our table and 2+ hours for our food. Our server couldn’t tell us what was taking so long and ignored us as much as she could after we asked. They offered us no apology or anything for the pointless wait. Do not EVER come to this Casablanca. Worst experience ever. This place needs to be closed down.
My boyfriend and I came by on a calm Saturday and Brianna just made our night. She was super sweet and gave us the yummiest martini. Thank you for the great service!
Bri was my server she made my night to be remembered !! 10 out of 10 service the entire night I have a great time and definitely will be back drinks and food were amazingggg !!
