2 months agoLiterally the worst experience. We made a reservation and arrived to an empty establishment with nothing ready. We got moved to 3 different tables with no apologies and nothing to give as an apology. It took an hour for our hookah and drinks to arrive to our table and 2+ hours for our food. Our server couldn’t tell us what was taking so long and ignored us as much as she could after we asked. They offered us no apology or anything for the pointless wait. Do not EVER come to this Casablanca. Worst experience ever. This place needs to be closed down.

2 months agoMy boyfriend and I came by on a calm Saturday and Brianna just made our night. She was super sweet and gave us the yummiest martini. Thank you for the great service!

2 months agoBri was my server she made my night to be remembered !! 10 out of 10 service the entire night I have a great time and definitely will be back drinks and food were amazingggg !!

Edited 2 months agoLet's just start with the mandatory 40% tip for 2 couples. That's right, 4 people is apparently getting hit with the large group normal. But for that, we still had empty water glasses, and the place wasn't busy. The food was good, but we won't be going back.

4 months agoI feel like everytime i go here the prices are higher. This time I found that the rice was a bit too salty. The hummus was not as good as i remembered and barely had olive oil the way it used to be ( i get it olive oil got expensive, and they did gave me more oil for my hummus). The bread was warm and yummy, the fries always on point. The meat was well seasoned but also found it a bit on the salty side. Overall experience was great and the service was excellent aswell

a year agoThis place is magic! Our server Emily was friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. The Palomas are THE BEST I have had in Wisconsin. The food was delicious and gorgeous. We enjoyed the baba ghanoush, beef kabobs, and jibneh rolls. Each tasted better than the next. I would eat here everyday if I could!!!!

a year agoTo start we wanted mint tea from the menu but they were out. We had a sample platter for appetizer which was good. The main course was average. The asparagus just was cooked right. The desserts we tried were too sweet. The baklava just wasn't worth it. The service was really good. The staff was very nice. We didn't try the hookah but the smell was pleasant. Good atmosphere. Romantic but also a place you can enjoy a family meal. For the price I do expect better food. We went on a Saturday night around 8 and didn't need a reservation.

The service was amiable, making me feel warmly welcomed from the moment I stepped through the door. As a bonus, the belle dance every Saturday added a touch of elegance and charm to the atmosphere. While I don't partake in smoking, I couldn't help but notice the appeal for hookah lovers, making this spot a must-visit for enthusiasts. Overall, a perfect blend of ambiance, service, and cultural offerings awaits at this Mediterranean gem.
