Awesome 👌 brisket and great portions of food. Potatoe salad is awesome 👌
Found this BBQ joint while picking up my rental at Enterprise across the street. Enterprise employees gave a rave review. We tried the 2 meat (brisket and sausage) & 2 sides plate (rice salad and beans). We also added a rib. The entire meal was scrumptious. The brisket was cooked to perfection. It was moist. The ribs fall apart in your mouth. The sausage had great flavor. The rice salad was new to me and is very yummy. Beans had great flavor as well. We tried both barbecue sauces that were offered, regular and spicy, and both were very good! We will be back for sure. They do close when they sell out so go early enough in the day.
Today is the first time we tried Charlie's. The portions are great. We got ribs and brisket with beans and potato salad. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor and tenderness of the brisket and ribs were great. The beans had more cilantro than my husband likes but I liked it. Potato salad was good too. Would definitely recommend
