2 weeks agoStopped in during our road trip from Jersey. Been to many and this has been in our top two. Quick delicious lunch. Super friendly staff. Will be back if we are ever in the area again.

3 weeks agoWhen we arrived at the restaurant we waited to be seated for nearly 10 minutes while at least 4 different employees walked by the host station. When we finally did get a table, our server didn't even come to take our drink order for another 15 minutes because she was cleaning a table. It would've been understandable if they were busy, but there were hardly any other diners in the place, so she could have at least asked what we wanted to drink while we looked at the menu. Nonetheless, we waited patiently for our food to come out. When our food finally did arrive, the fried okra we ordered wasn't even cooked all the way. I'd have to say this was the worst cracker barrel experience I've ever had. We stopped on our 12 hour drive up to Virginia, and now we're leaving this cracker barrel disappointed and late getting to our destination. Would not recommend eating at this establishment.

a month agoEverything was so greasy. I ordered the garlic steak bites and all you can taste is the oil. My daughter got an egg sandwich and her hands were covered in grease. The lemons were brown, they had no napkins. The waitress was so nice! That was probably the only good part

2 months agoWe came here while traveling and it was a very disappointing experience. I ordered the pot roast which was different temperatures throughout the dish. The dish itself was boiling hot, the potatoes were somewhat warm, the pot roast was barely warm at all with pockets of cold. We never received biscuits until I asked when the food came. We also rarely saw our waitress. All in all it was disappointing. On top of that the women’s restroom was filthy with 💩 down the front of the toilets. Many did not flush and were not usable. We ended up just going to the gas station next door and it was cleaner! Very disappointing experience. Only positives were that the staff in the gift shop were very nice and the merchandise was very nice also.

2 months agoLack of servers made everything extremely slow. We were told 10-15 minute wait, got seated after 35 minutes. Many people after us came in and immediately left with the wait time while the hostess basically hid in the kitchen so she didn’t have to deal with the waiting customers. Once we got seated the food was good and the server was fine, but clearly overburdened with not having help. If you have time to kill and really want your Cracker Barrel fix, this place is ok.

3 months agoHad a great time. Despite them being very busy ( church crowd rush), we were sat immediately. Our waitress Kane was very quick and didn't hesitate to make changes to my meal (it was dietary, I would have loved to have had the items, lol). She was friendly, but also able to move quickly amongst her tables. We always enjoy looking at the gift shop and made a few purchases that were cute. Gift shop is a little expensive, but good quality items.

a year agoYour cousin I stopped for dinner. I had the country fried steak 🥩 with broccoli the broccoli was good, but the steak with the the gravy on top was horrible. Matter of fact the gravy did not even look like gravy. I was not impressed
