I got the signature beef noodle spicy one. For me the broth is a little bit salty. The meat and portion is good. 8/10

DH Noodle continues to be one of my favorite places to eat. The beef noodles have that perfect hand-pulled texture and a broth that’s rich but not heavy. The lamb BBQ is tender, spicy, and absolutely addictive. Even the side greens are refreshing and well done. Great flavors, great consistency—my go-to noodle shop for a reason.
