4 months agoI got the signature beef noodle spicy one. For me the broth is a little bit salty. The meat and portion is good. 8/10

6 months agoLanzhou hand-pulled beef noodles in Cupertino. I have enjoyed every visit here either with friends or myself. Authentic flavors with beef broth, Hand pulled noddles that you can choose different styles of width from narrow to wide. fresh ingredients: beef, carrots, cilantros, and very good chill sauce

6 months agoDH Noodle continues to be one of my favorite places to eat. The beef noodles have that perfect hand-pulled texture and a broth that’s rich but not heavy. The lamb BBQ is tender, spicy, and absolutely addictive. Even the side greens are refreshing and well done. Great flavors, great consistency—my go-to noodle shop for a reason.

6 months agoNoodle soups come out piping hot. Perfect for the cold winter days. Taste was average, but it just hit the spot. Order by scanning the QR code. Scallion pancake with pork was delicious but its probably just made from frozen ready made pancakes.

Edited 8 months agoThe beef noodles are great and the other dishes are not bad as well. A good location to enjoy the various varieties of noodles offered by the restaurant and they serve both dried and soup-based noodle dishes. Also, there are some additional side dishes that we did not order but looks yummy.

10 months agoLanzhou beef noodle is super flavorful. Lots of dishes here are under $20, very affordable for the Bay Area. They have all the classics here, a lot of cumin and lamb, brown sugar glutinous cakes for dessert! The portions are good for the most part. I enjoyed the beef pancake. The sauce was great and the pancake wasn't as dry. You order off a QR code and pour your own water, so not too service-oriented but the staff was friendly. The interior of the store is quite elegant and quiet.

11 months agoFirst review, I’m from Northwest China, and so happy to finally find a taste of home here in the Bay Area! The noodles are perfectly chewy, and the broth is rich and flavorful. I especially recommend their lamb kebabs, cumin lamb, and house-made yogurt. Everything tastes so good! 👍 Definitely be coming back often!
