a year agoI've tried Cuban food some other times and it hasn't been that good, however I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food in this place was. Generous portions and exquisite flavor. The service was amazing too, our waitress was extremely helpful and courteous.

2 years agoI’m so glad places like this still exist. Not far from the glitzy overpriced foolishness in Wynwood, I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. Sat at a clean table and brought freshly buttered warm Cuban toast. My waitress was very nice. The menu selection was large and I had a delicious palomilla steak sandwich, plantains, and a soda for less than $10. Bravo. Keep it simple old Florida. My only negative comment was regarding limited parking, but hey, you’re near downtown Miami. I was visiting from Tampa on business, but I will be back!

4 years agoFood was amazing, I had the ox tail and I honestly didn’t expect it to taste as good as it did. Service was also great, if we ever come back to Miami we are definitely stopping here again no doubt about that.

4 years agoWent for the first time at lunch today. I loved it! Food was good! I had the bistec de palomilla with rice and beans and it did not disappoint. Prices are good too!

8 years agoAte a Milanesa de pollo / breaded chicken with fries and a chocolate shake. The food tastes amazing, the service is top-notch, all of the employees are polite, decent, friendly overall, and the location is unseemly - I never expected to find such a nice restaurant on a street in Allapattah 😁! The food is not expensive, as well! Would recommend if you're on a budget. Definitely coming back. Thank you 😊!
