Very delicious! Fair price! Will come back!
The service was excellent, BUT I went for breakfast and the tortillas are store bought NOT homemade.
On my recent visit, I was absolutely blown away by the quality and flavor of their dishes. The undisputed star of the meal was the Red Guisado Ribs and not spicy. The meat was incredibly tender, falling off the bone, but what truly elevates this dish is its seasoning. It boasts a great, unique flavor—a rich, complex, and savory chili base that distinguishes it from any other guisado I’ve had. These ribs are a must-try and reason enough to visit. We also sampled the Menudo, and it was exactly what classic comfort food should be. I was pleased to see and taste that it had a satisfying and robust red flavor, deeply seasoned and served hot. It provided that traditional warmth and comfort, perfectly executed. From the excellent food to the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere, Adan Restaurant delivers a genuinely delicious and memorable dining experience. Highly recommended for a taste of N.L. authentic home-style cooking!
