6 months agoOn my recent visit, I was absolutely blown away by the quality and flavor of their dishes. The undisputed star of the meal was the Red Guisado Ribs and not spicy. The meat was incredibly tender, falling off the bone, but what truly elevates this dish is its seasoning. It boasts a great, unique flavor—a rich, complex, and savory chili base that distinguishes it from any other guisado I’ve had. These ribs are a must-try and reason enough to visit. We also sampled the Menudo, and it was exactly what classic comfort food should be. I was pleased to see and taste that it had a satisfying and robust red flavor, deeply seasoned and served hot. It provided that traditional warmth and comfort, perfectly executed. From the excellent food to the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere, Adan Restaurant delivers a genuinely delicious and memorable dining experience. Highly recommended for a taste of N.L. authentic home-style cooking!

8 months agoFood was tasty! I had the caldo de res and my hubby had huevos divorciados!! My caldo had a few pieces that were just fat and it did not have the corn on the cob. Also, they served very little rice for the caldo and the bowl should be bigger and deeper or offer a small and large size. But overall the food was really good and the service was excellent. A very clean restaurant and as long as they take all reviews as constructive criticism and accept them and make the changes they will continue growing. Great Job Taquito Adan. God Bless you all!!

10 months agoI could eat their caldo de pollo all year round! It’s delicious, they serve it with corn tortillas, rice and salsa. They also have kid friendly menu items for our little ones! Unfortunately they are far from my home but I believe they offer door dash

a year agoOnly can rate Caldo de res, is tasteless, ita water with vegetables and meat, really disappointed , never will order it again
