I have been here a few times and usually descent service nonetheless. Tonight the guy working had a very bad demeanor, very agitated. He left out my plantains and when I asked he said they only give if you ask (um sir, give me what I paid for)! He threw them in a bag and passed them to me. Not to mention with a medium plate, he was clear that you only get four oxtails😂 If it weren’t for my crave, I’d went home and cooked them myself. Poor service, do better!
Placed an online (Uber Eats Order) for 2 Jerk Chicken and steam cabbage meals. Upon arrival (20 mins after the pickup time) the order had not been made and instead of the jerk chicken I had ordered I was told I had no other choice but to take jerk wings (that were burnt) and vegetables because the jerk chicken was out. I’m not sure why the order was accepted but regardless, I was also met with very impatient and rude customer service
This used to be my go to spot, but due to past bad service I stopped being their customer. Decided to give them a chance again and the girl behind the counter solidified why I will not be returning. Her phone call was more important than listening to my order properly(plus the music was very loud). I asked for a breakfast plate, and some food(yam) with liver gravy. She then charged me for a full liver plate, when I addressed the price because I only had one platter not 2 she still over charged me. She charged me $3 for gravy. Doing all of this while having her conversation on the phone. I apologize to her because apparently I was interrupting her call with my order. I’ll just take my money elsewhere. Not worth dealing with unprofessionalism.
I enjoy the breakfast here and it’s something I look forward to before work. Unfortunately, they open at 7am, but about half the time the food isn’t ready. When you’re stopping in before work, timing matters. If you advertise a 7am opening, the full menu should be available at 7. Hoping they can improve the consistency because the food itself is good.
The Jamaican food here is very good. The presentation is so good, we couldn’t decide what to order because everything looked and smelled so delicious. The curry shrimp, ackee and salt fish, the oxtail was fantastic. Shout out to Kevin, we would send all of Atlanta there for breakfast, lunch and dinner if we could.
I’ve been here twice in the last 4 days smh it would have been three but I went pretty close to closing one time and they were out of curry , customer service is good on the weekend I encountered a younger male very nice and friendly this is currently my go to spot don’t forget to try out there lemonade
I purchased 3 plates from this establishment on 31Oct.25. My wife's medium order of oxtails consisted of 4 bones that consisted primarily of bones. I have patronized this business for the past year. I called the restaurant as soon as I arrived at home and I expressed my displeasure to the young lady who prepared my order. She was very apologetic and she advised me to return Saturday and she would provide me a complimentary dinner. I reported as directed on Saturday afternoon at approximately 2000 hours. The server affirmed she remembered me and she had the audacity to make me a new plate and added two additional bones. She made me purchase a new plate and attempted to portray me as a someone who wanted something for nothing. I will never patronize this pathetic establishment again and I am going to advise my 5000 Facebook followers not to patronize this pathetic operation. Respectfully, BIG
I ordered the stew beef and the portion size was plentiful for the price point. The beef was tender & flavorful! The cabbage was a little bit to crunchy for my liking and could of had been cooked a little bit longer but I ate it. The lady server and cashier were very pleasant and welcoming. The line went fast & I will definitely be back to try other dishes. 😁
