See All ReviewsThis was my first stop at Frontera and I'm happy I did. It was around 2:00 so the lunch crowd was already gone. I ordered a Mexican pizza which I would order again and paired it with a peach margarita which was delicious! Bonus point for showing up during happy hour where the drink was only a buck 50. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant was well cared for. All the servers had clean uniforms and the hair was pulled back. I know that doesn't sound like much but these days it doesn't happen as often as it should! By the way when the chips and salsa came out, the chips were toasty warm! Extra points for that. They have an outdoor patio as well as a private dining area for parties. More than happy to recommend this place to friends and family!! Handicap ♿ accessible.
This place has never once let us down. The food is Michelin star worthy for flavor. The staff is all inclusive resort level of nice. Their atmosphere is typical and inviting of a small locally owned Mexican restraunt. My wife and I come here a minimum of 2x per month and have never had a bad experience.
Immediately upon entering, a server was present to get me seated with almost zero wait time for my drink to arrive. Management came out and greeted me and asked me if I've been here before and engaged in a little small talk while I waited. The food came out within minutes of my order, granted business was light during lunch today. For the most part when experiencing Mexican dishes, I am partial to the flavor of my family and my kitchen but, I do not compare the plates. I grade them specifically on their presentation and on their flavor. I tried the enchilada with ground beef, the corn taco with cilantro onion and bistek, corn taco with cilantro, onion and barbacoa, enchilada with ground beef, tostada with bean and ground beef, and a side of beans, refried and rice. The presentation on every dish was delectable and the flavor was full and worthy of repeatable purchase. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who asked. The food is delicious, the service is great, the atmosphere is clean, comfortable and well decorated to enhance the experience. This restaurant gets all five stars!
