Food delivery was so slow that one of our party eventually canceled their order ordered door dash. The service was so bad it was almost funny. I suspect the waitress had only been working a few days as a waitress. No one else was helping her, the manager let her burn. The food was just as slow and had very little flavor.
We enjoyed a very tasty dinner. Tuesday evening around 8pm. Very light crowd. The staff as well as manager were all friendly, professional and attentive. The three Empenada appetizer was delicious. My wife and I both had the Cheeseburger. I chose Sweet Potato Fries while she went with regular fries. Our burgers were cooked perfectly, as ordered. Both types of fries were very good…I think I preferred the regular fries. Our food, drinks and bill were are delivered in a timely manner. We highly recommend Heirloom and appreciate the quality meal and experience on our first visit. Tip: Amex Hilton provides a quarterly $60 credit that triggers when used at the hotel and restaurant.
Great happy hour menu. Beautiful view of lake. Great dinner. Definitely recommend.
