2 months agoFood delivery was so slow that one of our party eventually canceled their order ordered door dash. The service was so bad it was almost funny. I suspect the waitress had only been working a few days as a waitress. No one else was helping her, the manager let her burn. The food was just as slow and had very little flavor.

2 months agoWe enjoyed a very tasty dinner. Tuesday evening around 8pm. Very light crowd. The staff as well as manager were all friendly, professional and attentive. The three Empenada appetizer was delicious. My wife and I both had the Cheeseburger. I chose Sweet Potato Fries while she went with regular fries. Our burgers were cooked perfectly, as ordered. Both types of fries were very good…I think I preferred the regular fries. Our food, drinks and bill were are delivered in a timely manner. We highly recommend Heirloom and appreciate the quality meal and experience on our first visit. Tip: Amex Hilton provides a quarterly $60 credit that triggers when used at the hotel and restaurant.

a year agoWe had an amazing experience at Heirloom! We stayed at the Hilton for my niece’s wedding and we went to the Heirloom for all our breakfasts. Maria and Teresa were our waitresses each morning and they were lovely. Their smiles never left their faces and was so kind to us each morning. They both made us feel welcomed and went out of their way to make our experience perfect. Maria and Teresa was truly amazing and made us feel so cared for!

a year agoI was disappointed the buffet (on the restaurant's Google info) was only for Hilton guests, but the friendly attention of Maria and Theresa made our brunch a very pleasant experience. Their service ensures that we will definitely go back on a weekend when brunch is open to all.

a year agoWe had a wonderful experience dining at this establishment. We came for breakfast. My husband had the buffet and I had the avocado toast. Both were delicious;however, the best part was the amazing service by the ladies in the dining room. Teresa, Maria, and Sole worked as a team to make our dining experience so pleasant. From friendly conversation to attentive service, it was a great way to start a relaxing Saturday.

a year agoGreat Valentines evening dinner with wine pairing. The four course meal was great with excellent wine pairings. Great atmosphere and attention to detail made for a special meal. Service was great and the chef visited our table to explain the dishes as well. Also included some chocolate covered strawberries to take home for the next day - We will be back.

a year agoI honestly can't say enough good things about Heirloom and their staff. It was our first visit to a Hilton, so we wanted to enjoy it. Having such wonderful food made the time a pleasure! (Not having to cook every meal!) We did a mix of in restaurant dinning and room service and the food did not disappoint. Also, they don't have sweet tea, but the manager made it happen, and the tea was so yummy!! Thanks to everyone who was awesome during our stay....Teresa, Gavin, Sole, Maria, and probably a few I forgot.
