2 months agoI recently ordered the Mì Quảng noodle soup from Hello Mia and More, and it was incredibly flavorful and delicious. I didn’t need to add any extra seasoning — it was perfectly balanced, especially with just a squeeze of lime. I’m usually a picky eater and prefer to cook at home most of the time, so I was pleasantly surprised that this noodle soup tasted just like homemade. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. You all should definitely give it a try. Thank you for such a wonderful bowl of noodle soup!

2 months agoLove this place! The taro milk tea with sea salt cold foam is my favorite. The taste is so unique and different than other places. I also was invited to join their raffle, really love the idea. The ladies are so welcoming and nice.

3 months agoAbsolutely delicious! We came on a cold winter day and it was so comforting to get the hot Bún Bò Hue soup. I liked the difference from the usual Vietnamese cuisine in the area that I was accustomed to letting me try some new dishes and flavors. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was the perfect ending to my meal and I highly recommend checking it out.

3 months agoCozy little café with a great vibe. The iced egg coffee is one of the best in town—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. We ordered the Bún Bò Huế and it was absolutely delicious. They offer many Central Vietnamese dishes, which is how you know they really know their Bún Bò Huế—and it shows. Authentic, flavorful, and easily one of the best Bún Bò Huế in town. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes you want to stay a while. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes and drinks.

3 months agoAfter months of soft opening, they finally had their grand opening. Sugarcane drinks are all fresh and delicious. Bun bo hue and bun rieu are both super flavorful. Especially bun rieu, I like that they add protein other places don't e.g. baby shrimp etc. Just wish they had some of the menu items announced during soft opening, like banh bot loc chay (tapioca dumpling with mung bean filling) because I prefer that one to the shrimp and pork version which is on their menu.

3 months agoCame today for their grand opening! I thought it was gonna be a long line but it wasn’t busy and they are giving out free jasmine tea with boba today and doing a raffle prize but when I went inside at 10am when they opened the boba wasn’t ready so had to wait 30 mins for that but when I got my boba it was good and the decor inside as cute!

5 months agoI had bún hến, bún bò Huế, and bánh bèo, and all I can say is — absolutely the best! Every dish was full of authentic flavor and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the freshness and the love in the food. This restaurant truly deserves everyone to try it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

7 months agoWe had an amazing experience at Hello Mia & More! The bún hến was flavorful and tasty — packed with delicious toppings and just the right amount of spice. The sugar cane drinks were fresh and naturally sweet, and the Vietnamese coffee was rich and bold. We also loved the bánh bột lọc, which was soft, chewy, and absolutely delicious. Everything tasted authentic and made with care. We can’t wait to come back and try more dishes from their menu!
