Bought a house in this neighborhood 23 years ago. Been ordering from Johns ever since. Along the years they’ve made many mistakes. No problem. Today my wife ordered me an Italian hoagie. Special ingredients. Nothing out of the ordinary. Food comes. It’s a fish hoagie. Having trust. I bite into it. Close the order and my wife calls back. We need the order what we paid for. Lady says if your husband bit into it we won’t honor a new sandwich. So are you gonna sell the one that’s in my house again? We’ve saw you trans form into a place that doesn’t hand toss your pizzas anymore. We’re saw your place go through multiple delivery guys. Now you can’t honor a sandwich because you have someone new working your phone lines. Your place isn’t even the greatest around anymore. Thanks but no thanks I’m done. Mr John and Lito. Figure out your priorities
The food there is very good. It is worth it to try here if you are around the area.
I usually have nothing but great things to say about this place but not today !!! I ordered raviolis and chicken parm and because the person taking the order made a mistake!! They wouldn’t give me the parm!!! And was kind of rude on the phone !! So I get embarrassed with my company and they do nothing about it !!! Not happy
