6 months agoBought a house in this neighborhood 23 years ago. Been ordering from Johns ever since. Along the years they’ve made many mistakes. No problem. Today my wife ordered me an Italian hoagie. Special ingredients. Nothing out of the ordinary. Food comes. It’s a fish hoagie. Having trust. I bite into it. Close the order and my wife calls back. We need the order what we paid for. Lady says if your husband bit into it we won’t honor a new sandwich. So are you gonna sell the one that’s in my house again? We’ve saw you trans form into a place that doesn’t hand toss your pizzas anymore. We’re saw your place go through multiple delivery guys. Now you can’t honor a sandwich because you have someone new working your phone lines. Your place isn’t even the greatest around anymore. Thanks but no thanks I’m done. Mr John and Lito. Figure out your priorities

9 months agoI usually have nothing but great things to say about this place but not today !!! I ordered raviolis and chicken parm and because the person taking the order made a mistake!! They wouldn’t give me the parm!!! And was kind of rude on the phone !! So I get embarrassed with my company and they do nothing about it !!! Not happy

a year agoThis small box of pizza was $15! For all that I could’ve went to Pizza Hut or Dominos. Unbelievable!

a year agoI ordered from here once before and had their BBQ chicken Pizza, and it was amazing. Ordered it again and was not disappointed nearly a month later and the fries were plentiful for just a medium. Pizza tasted great and the ingredients were spread evenly, and perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better pizza and it was fresh made. I was in and out in minutes.

a year agoI been going here/ getting delivery from here since I can remember. Always consistent, always get way more food then other places give you for the same money ( their cheese steaks are huge and as long as the roll is right I would put it up against any cheese steak in the city). Beer store across the street which makes it even more conveniently placed. And they always show up fast as hell for deliveries... Like legit I'll have no idea who it is at my door they get here that quick but I dont live far but even still. Great customer service. My goto spot and I love pizza places.

a year agoOrdered a cheesesteak from here, found a dead bug in it and also ordered a 20oz soda that came opened and drank from, called and they offered to remake the cheesesteak or $10 credit for both the cheesesteak and soda. Why would I want credit or another cheesesteak😭😭😭😭

a year agoordered yesterday we order all the time from there. Spent a lot of money with them first time had a problem called. Owner said they wouldn’t refund money that they would make new cheesesteaks. Why would we want new cheesesteaks if your meat looks like it has herpes on it I’m not want to put a business down or to even do this, but I believe, when you have good customers, you treat them right I also on a business and that’s not customer satisfaction. It’s Literally bumps on the meat looks like it’s freezer burnt like herpes Also post receipt in case if you guys deny
