USE THEM. Seriously. If you ever find yourself in a bind and don’t have time to wait on online orders, this is the company to call. I’ve worked on hospitality projects for over 20 years, and I have never been more impressed with a restaurant reseller. On New Year’s Eve, we were in a serious pinch and needed table bottoms immediately. Crissy stepped in and helped us every step of the way — and somehow had the products in our delivery driver’s hands within two hours of us realizing the need. Exceptional customer service, great product selection, and an incredible willingness to go above and beyond when it mattered most. Five stars across the board.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was told out equipment we purchased was basically brand new and spotless. Upon arrival it was clearly heavily used and completely filthy. On top of that I was told I had a year warranty on all Equipment just to was 2 month for repairs then have them tell me it’s only a 30 day warranty. The problem started within the 30 days even and they avoided even coming out to look at it till After the 30 days was over. I would never recommend any business purchase from them. They are grimey and we’ll screw you over I’m a heartbeat.
