5 months agoUSE THEM. Seriously. If you ever find yourself in a bind and don’t have time to wait on online orders, this is the company to call. I’ve worked on hospitality projects for over 20 years, and I have never been more impressed with a restaurant reseller. On New Year’s Eve, we were in a serious pinch and needed table bottoms immediately. Crissy stepped in and helped us every step of the way — and somehow had the products in our delivery driver’s hands within two hours of us realizing the need. Exceptional customer service, great product selection, and an incredible willingness to go above and beyond when it mattered most. Five stars across the board.

4 years agoAbsolutely terrible customer service. I was told out equipment we purchased was basically brand new and spotless. Upon arrival it was clearly heavily used and completely filthy. On top of that I was told I had a year warranty on all Equipment just to was 2 month for repairs then have them tell me it’s only a 30 day warranty. The problem started within the 30 days even and they avoided even coming out to look at it till After the 30 days was over. I would never recommend any business purchase from them. They are grimey and we’ll screw you over I’m a heartbeat.

4 years agoMr Kenney is very knowledgeable about all the restaurant equipment you need for your business or food truck and has honest, fair, affordable prices. If you are thinking of opening a restaurant you should definitely stop here first.

7 years agoWe were able to get a great deal on a used dessert counter from Chic-fil-a and they even delivered the massive piece of furniture that same day at no extra cost!

8 years agoAbsolutely terrible. Stopped in to quote some small baking sheets. Tracy quoted me 2.50 per unit. Handed me her card and wrote it on the back. I said great, Ill be ordering first of the week. I'll give you a call. So I called to place the order. Tracy had forgotten our conversation completely. No big deal, I refreshed the subject. She told me she needed time to look it up. I called back later that morning and she told me that it would 2..98 per tray. You quoted me 2.50 four days ago. She blamed it on a manufacturer price increase. Absurd. Then got upset when I brought it up. I wont bring up the mud, the obvious stench of beer from helpers walking around, or the bad service. Its a used rest equip warehouse. What do you expect. But I dont like being lied to and potentially ripped off. Its obvious these guys are crooks. They float prices, drop ship and middleman markup, forget what they quote people, and get by on already inflated equipment prices from people who dont know better. Shame. A-typical from used equipment dealers. These guys and gals are no different.

9 years agoHuge selection of new and used equipment at a great price. I have been working with these folks for years and have never been let down. Mike Kenny is a man of his word and the staff is great. If you have any old equipment that needs parts, chances are they will have it, or get it for you. Wish I could give them 6 ******

10 years agoI was referred to Kenny's Restaurant Equipment by another equipment dealer and Kenny's took the time to understand more than just "I need a replacement dishwasher--STAT". They asked the right questions, explained the implications of equipment choices I might make, recommended a course of action, and did everything they said they would do. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back 20 minutes after quoting me and said, "Oh, I'm sorry, the price I quoted was wrong, it's actually $200 less." They have a HUGE amount of stuff and their prices are completely reasonable. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful!
