Ordered the 4 piece wing dinner box. I decided to wait inside since it was only a 10 minute wait. Why when I get my food take it to focus tattoo spot to eat and the fries and wings were not hot and freshly made smh and this is why I go to a better area to get food 😡
I will admit that it was about an hour before closing time. I ordered my food and didn’t check it until I got home. It was terribly cold and the fries were not done. They put sauce on raw fries. They were not chewable. The chicken was old and hard. You know when chicken is old because the meat is very hard to chew, break apart and dry. The only thing that was decent was the coleslaw. Kim should be closed. The location on Lakeshore Drive.
In my opinion, the food at this location is definitely better than the one on St. Clair. 😊 The meals come out much faster, and when they arrive at the table they are nice and hot, which makes the experience a lot more enjoyable. You don’t have to wait too long to start eating, and that’s always a big plus. 🍽️ The customer service is decent overall. The staff might not be overly energetic, but it’s understandable because they seem very busy and probably a bit tired from handling so many orders. Even so, they still manage to keep things moving and make sure customers get their food without too much delay. 👍 What really stands out here is the speed and the quality of the food compared to other locations. If you’re looking for a quick meal that’s served fresh and hot, this spot is definitely a better option. 😋
