a week agoOrdered the 4 piece wing dinner box. I decided to wait inside since it was only a 10 minute wait. Why when I get my food take it to focus tattoo spot to eat and the fries and wings were not hot and freshly made smh and this is why I go to a better area to get food 😡

a month agoI will admit that it was about an hour before closing time. I ordered my food and didn’t check it until I got home. It was terribly cold and the fries were not done. They put sauce on raw fries. They were not chewable. The chicken was old and hard. You know when chicken is old because the meat is very hard to chew, break apart and dry. The only thing that was decent was the coleslaw. Kim should be closed. The location on Lakeshore Drive.

3 months agoIn my opinion, the food at this location is definitely better than the one on St. Clair. 😊 The meals come out much faster, and when they arrive at the table they are nice and hot, which makes the experience a lot more enjoyable. You don’t have to wait too long to start eating, and that’s always a big plus. 🍽️ The customer service is decent overall. The staff might not be overly energetic, but it’s understandable because they seem very busy and probably a bit tired from handling so many orders. Even so, they still manage to keep things moving and make sure customers get their food without too much delay. 👍 What really stands out here is the speed and the quality of the food compared to other locations. If you’re looking for a quick meal that’s served fresh and hot, this spot is definitely a better option. 😋

Edited 5 months agoDon’t get me wrong the Kim sauce is actually really good. But it feels like they rely way too much on it instead of properly seasoning their food. The wings were extremely bland and greasy, and the only thing saving them was the sauce. Same with the fries they were just drenched in sauce with no seasoning at all. Honestly, Kim’s used to be better a few years ago, but it’s gone downhill. I’m no longer a fan, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

6 months agoKim gave us food for a nice discount to feed veterans for a Veterans Resource Fair. It was an amazing gesture and every single ingredient was top notch. The green beans, baked beans, coleslaw and chicken wings are all worth the visit. I'm looking forward to the next time I can have Kim's Wings!

7 months ago1-1/2 stars... Rib tips were so burnt that that's all we could taste. Wings were fine. But between the nasty attitude of the woman taking orders & inconsistent product, there's really no reason to give them a dime more of my money. I hate when we can't support our black businesses 😞

8 months agoI had the Philly with everything on it ( mayo cheese peppers onion and mushrooms) with fries and it was the best Philly I’ve had. 10/10 !! The sauce .. the sauce!!! I’m not big on BBQ but this is the best BBQ and probably the only place I’ll eat it at! Can’t sit really and eat. Very busy, call head esp with big orders. Service was fast and the order wasn’t messed up.

Edited 6 years agoI don't even know where to begin with this place! Kim's wings is a must stop location whenever I come to visit Cleveland! Their chicken is amazing! I have been to several locations around Cleveland and I have to say that each time I have been very satisfied! The customer service can be hit or miss depending on the day and time, but, the food is always outstanding! l make sure that I introduce my friends and family to Kim's whenever I bring them to the city with me!
