2 months agoYum! I'm kicking myself for not stopping in sooner. I ordered a migas taco and a bean and cheese taco with bacon amd avocado. They were SO good! The green salsa is great. Super friendly, fast, AND reasonably priced.

3 months agoI drove here bypassing several well known and great taco places because the reviews were great. I ordered the street taco plate and got 2 beef and 3 the recommended pastor with rice & beans. The staff was super friendly but tacos were filled with mostly fat chunks and greasy meat. I picked half the taco fat out before I could attempt to eat it. I didn't bring it back inside because they were kind and seemed family owned/worked. My total was $14. I wouldn't go again. The reviews that rave about the place are 2-3 years old, they must be cutting cost because its not even close to the "best tacos" in Round Rock or ever. Sadly I had to negatively review the place.

8 months agoLa Texanita #2 is a true local favorite — hearty portions, bold flavors, and great prices. The tacos, enchiladas, and fajitas are all packed with authentic Mexican taste. The service is fast, and the atmosphere is relaxed, making it ideal for casual dining with family or friends. A real neighborhood gem for Tex-Mex comfort food.

a year agoLa Texanita is located inside the gas station, so, not a sit down, however, the service was friendly, the food was hot, fresh and flavorful. I got a street taco dish with 5 different meats. Highly recommend when you're craving tacos and don't know what to get!

a year agoI got sick, and well, I stopped by because the reviews were great. However, when I went and ordered me a chilaquiles verdes, they tasted like if they cook them with pork lard, the rice and beans seen from last night had the same taste. I continued eating it because I thought it was just the first bit, but the flavor and the sourness with the pork lard made my stomach upset.

3 years agoI got the quesadilla and it was superb ! This is a real authentic, hidden gem inside a gas station. The green salsa had a good kick to it The red salsa had a super kick but both very tasteful and delicious The beans and rice were very great, I give the whole meal a 5 star and customer service as well. Portions are amazing ! Definitely my to go to for Mexican food Their pastor meat is #1

3 years ago10/10 tacos, specially with their salsas, I recommend the green one, it was really spicy as it should be, you're not gonna be able to eat just one.
