Bad customer service and disappointing quality. The paleta I bought tasted old. When I brought it up, the cashier had to call the manager and said everything was from the same batch instead of offering a replacement. I got a refund, but no effort was made to make things right. This place was much better under the old owners.👎

This place has really gone downhill fast, not sure if it’s new management. There use to be a nice couple with 2 kids who were very friendly and everything they made was great. Yesterday I went to pick up an elote and a water. The elote tasted like it had been left out for days and they drowned it in mayo. It was disgusting to say the least. The water tasted like it was made with old ingredients as well and like it had been sitting out for a while. Not sure what’s going on in this place but it needs some serious fixing. From the current staff who serve you with a bad attitude to all their ingredients and recipes.
