4 months agoBad customer service and disappointing quality. The paleta I bought tasted old. When I brought it up, the cashier had to call the manager and said everything was from the same batch instead of offering a replacement. I got a refund, but no effort was made to make things right. This place was much better under the old owners.👎

5 months agoThis place has really gone downhill fast, not sure if it’s new management. There use to be a nice couple with 2 kids who were very friendly and everything they made was great. Yesterday I went to pick up an elote and a water. The elote tasted like it had been left out for days and they drowned it in mayo. It was disgusting to say the least. The water tasted like it was made with old ingredients as well and like it had been sitting out for a while. Not sure what’s going on in this place but it needs some serious fixing. From the current staff who serve you with a bad attitude to all their ingredients and recipes.

8 months agoTaki/Cheto elote used to be the best. Very disappointed they changed it. Had about a spoonful of elote and the rest was just mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese on the side of a bag of Cheetos for $10.

Edited 10 months agoSnacks were made to order, Everything was soo good! Customer service was great! There is no parking lot, you have to park on the side of the street.

2 years agoService was good and efficient. But what brought me back was Mrs Ramona tasting the elote in the palm of her hand licking it and saying it needs salt! Salting it mixing it then continue to do her self an elote then putting the same spoon back with the other clean ones along with the black laddle she used. Cleaning really needs to be done chairs glass floor sticky. There is at least 6 people in the back and not busy at all. Also I had an elote with hot Cheetos I noticed it did not have cotija cheese I did let them know and just processed to take my elote and pore some though I had bit it already again HYGINE. The tamal also was not as advertised the young lady did state it was only for promotion but if we asked we could have gotten it.
