See All ReviewsBoba tea was great, but the ramen was overpriced for the ingredients used: Charsu was thick cut bacon. Eggs were cooked well, but not marinated. Chicken was deli oven roasted chicken lunch meat cut into cubes. Mushrooms were way past usable freshness. Noodles were soggy, no option for firmness. Miso broth was good, and edamame and green onion were fresh. No chili oil or crisp available, only sriracha. Service took 30 mins for two ramen bowls. The bowl of ramen wasn't bad, but at $20 seemed overpriced for the $3 of ingredients used.
Such a cute hidden gem here in Forest City🍜 We love stopping into Oishii for their Japanese street food. Everything we have tried has been fun and flavorful. We recently tried the new strawberry and Nutella taiyaki dessert and will absolutely be back just for that. It was so good! The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can feel the warmth as soon as you walk in. The shop is also filled with fun and unique Japanese items, which makes browsing part of the experience. We highly recommend this spot for both kids and adults. It is such a special addition to our local community.
Make sure you like every thing you order before you do cus I couldn't eat mine. Not there fault just not for me.... Also My Girlfriend loves there's Boba and drinks tho. They are amazing and have a lot of flavors. And there lil shop inside is cool. they have tons of foreign candt, drinks and items.
