4 months agoOur first experience and we'd like to say no complaints! Everything was cooked the way we asked and quite tasty may I add😊 This spot is now one of our go-toos when visiting AC🤗

4 months agoHost and waitress were great. Friendly, smiling and professional. However, the coffee was straight up disgusting. It had a very off putting flavor. I dont know if the beans were old or the machine hadn't been cleaned. Something was very off. Also, corned beef hash was OK at best. I think they use spam or something. Home fries were very average. The eggs were the best part. They were pretty solid. Seemed fresh. Pancakes were very gummy and a bit dry. I wish I could give a better review, but I value transparency. I have no idea how this place has a 4.5 star average. After our experience I would say it deserves a 3 at best.

5 months agoWe spent over a week in AC during the December slow season and went to Perry's for breakfast our first morning -- then we kept on going there every day for the rest of our vacation, because they were just that good. Perry's is an unpretentious diner, the kind NJ excels in. They make absolutely no effort to cater to tourists, which is exactly the way we like it. If you're like us and prefer to avoid casinos and the Boardwalk, you'll find Perry's refreshingly outside the bubble while still being centrally located. Everything we had was reliably good, came in generous portions that usually resulted in leftovers, and I don't think there's anything on the menu over $15 or so. Staff were super nice and remembered us after a few days. It's officially our go-to breakfast spot in AC and may it never change.

5 months agoCame here with my family during our stay at AC. Very welcoming and friendly place. We were greeted with a smile and seated immediately. Server was friendly, fast, and personable. Nice breakfast menu with a lot to choose from. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the biscuits and gravy with eggs. Big portions and very tasty. Priced just right for what you receive!

8 months agoPerry’s Café is a true Atlantic City gem! I had the crab omelette and scrapple, and it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. The omelette was fluffy, loaded with fresh crab, and seasoned perfectly—every bite was delicious. The scrapple was cooked just right, crispy on the outside and tender inside, exactly how it should be. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere had that classic, cozy diner feel that makes you feel right at home. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to again and again. If you’re in Atlantic City and looking for a hearty, flavorful breakfast, Perry’s Café is the spot. Five stars all the way!

10 months agoPerry's Cafe & Deli is a family-run diner located on Pacific Ave. They are open every day from 7AM - 3PM. After looking over the menu, I found myself torn between breakfast and lunch. There were so many tempting options to choose from! I went with the 7 oz sirloin steak and eggs. It was decent, but nothing special. The steak was cooked medium instead of medium rare, and it lacked seasoning. My friend ordered the hot jumbo biscuit with homemade sausage gravy and the pastrami Reuben, both excellent picks. The gravy was some of the best I've had, and the pastrami on the Reuben was tender and full of flavor. Our server may not have been the most personable, but she was prompt and made sure we were well taken care of. Pickup and delivery are both available.
