Samad Cafe is a hidden gem in Dallas. The food is rich in flavour and clearly made with care, with generous portions that leave you satisfied. Before I left, he said: “This isn’t a restaurant. This is your kitchen—treat it like home.” That pretty much sums up Samad Café. Thirty-eight years. 38 YEARSSSSSSS!!! Same menu, same hours… talk about consistency!!!! The place is simple, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The food tastes like it’s cooked with care—no, scratch that… with LOVE. The rice is on point, and the lamb shank is fall-apart tender—an absolute must-try. And the owner has this calm, soothing presence that makes you slow down and actually enjoy your meal like you’re home. Honestly? I’d take this over a lot of “Michelin-vibe” steakhouses Ive been to, any day.
